    Vehicle is a 2013 Infiniti JX35 with a airbag light blinking
    The 708 will read every module in the vehicle with auto scan except the airbag module
    I used my old out dated iScan 2 to read the airbag module and had communication
    Its definitely a software issue, I've been having trouble reading airbag modules on Nissan/Infinitis lately
    I did try uninstalling and reinstalling Infiniti but no luck
    Im also aware of the airbag light/no code, manual way of resetting the airbag module with the key on/off

     Can you try using Nissan Qashqai 2013 option and see if it will communicate with Airbag Module............
